George C. Dely, 87, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017 in Fort Wayne. Born in Detroit, MI, George worked as manager with Pizza Hut for 15 years. He proudly served his country with the US Air Force for 20 years. He was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church. Surviving are his children Betsy Dely, Daniel Dely, and Julianna Sullivan; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and 3 sisters. George was preceded in death by wife, Joyce Dely; and parents, Joseph and Margaret Dely. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 am, Monday, June 19, 2017 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 2130 Pemberton Dr, with calling one hour prior. Calling also Sunday, June 18, 2017 from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., with a Rosary service at 4:45 pm. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
