William "Bill" E. Cantrell, 71, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Covington Manor in Fort Wayne. Mr. Cantrell was born on May 31, 1947, in Long Island, New York to the late Lee and Dolores (Frazier) Cantrell. Bill attended North Side High School in Fort Wayne. He served his country honorably with the United States Navy and Marine Reserves. Bill worked at Value City Furniture in sales for 10 years. He enjoyed golfing, pool, and socializing with friends, family, and loved ones. Survivors include son, Michael L. Cantrell and his children; Steven M. and Sydney A. Cantrell, of St. Petersburg, Florida, son, Steven J. Cantrell and his children; Gillian A. and Timothy M. Cantrell of Inverness, Florida, sister; Linda and Carl Bower of Fort Wayne, brother; Robert and Carol Cantrell of Roanoke, nieces; Tara and Steven Humphrey of Bryan, OH, Brenda Cantrell of Roanoke, Leslie and Lucas Augustyniak of Monroeville, great-niece and nephew, Jacob and Lucy Augustyniak of Monroeville.
